Aluminum radiators of the NRZ trademark provide rapid heating of a room with reduced consumption of thermal energy (in heating carrier). Radiators are made of high-strength aluminum alloy according to GOST 1583-93 by method of high-pressure casting.
Quality of the products is controlled at all stages of production: from casting to painting and packaging. Each radiator section and radiator assembly undergo hydraulical tests.
The finished product has ribbing. The presence of side beveled ribs creates a diffuser effect for the convective air flow, which increases the heat-transfer coefficient. In addition, the lateral beveled ribs create an intermediate support in the longitudinal section of the vertical channel of the radiator section. This significantly increases the strength characteristics of the NRZ radiator.
The radiator sections are connected to each other using nipples. Ring-shaped rubberized asbestos fabric gaskets are used as intersectional seals. The sections have a coating based on epoxy resin, made by method of anaphoresis, as well as the coating based on powder paint. Each radiator section and radiator assembly are hydraulically tested.

The manufacturing plant gives a guarantee for its products – 10 years.
